ACCOMMODATION POLICIES:
GUEST RULES
For your safety and comfort while visiting Casa Numa'na we ask that you respect a few house rules:
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY
The number of people (including children) present at the property may not exceed the maximum occupancy set forth in the rental agreement; unless we have given you advance permission to have an additional number of people at the property.
FURNITURE:
Please do not sit on inside furniture or lie on beds with wet bathing suits.
Please do not place wet towels on top of inside furniture and/or on beds.
SMOKING:
Smoking is not permitted inside the villa. You may smoke outside on the terrace or at the beach.
Please ask the staff for ashtrays.
Please do not burn incense and/or candles in the bedrooms or place candles and/or incense on the furniture.
PETS:
Pets are not permitted at the villa. Kindly do not encourage beach dogs to follow you back to the villa.
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT:
Check-in time is on or after 2:00PM Central Time and Check-out time is on or before 11:00AM CST. Early check-in and/or late check-out may be requested.
POOL AREA:
Food and glassware are not permitted in the swimming pool area. The staff will place any requested food or glassware on the bar or lounge area.
Please shower off before entering the pool and/or Jacuzzi. Excessive sand can damage the pool filters, and any damage will be deducted from the security deposit.
CHILDREN:
Please inform us at time of booking the number and ages of all children.
We provide mattress covers for young children.
Guests will be charged a cleaning fee for night-time accidents, mattress damage, or stains left on sheets.
Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
It is the parent’s responsibility to feed children at meal times, as the cook and kitchen are for preparing and serving meals.
Children under the age of 5 must have a nanny accompany them at Casa Numa´na. Maximum of 2 children per nanny.
OUTSIDE VISITORS:
Please check with staff if you would like having outside visitors visit the property.
A/C:
In order to assist us with protecting the environment at Casa Numa´na please shut off the A/C when you leave your room. The A/C will be shut off from the time you leave your room in the morning till the time you come back to the room at night.
There is risk of burning out the motors/compressors if the equipment is left running for extended periods of time or if the temperature is set below 19 C. Guests will be charged for damaged equipment or for additional equipment maintenance.
LINENS AND TOWELS:
In order to help preserve the environment, linens are changed twice a week at Casa Numa’Na.
Please only take beach towels (not bath towels) to the beach.
There will be a fee charged for any items taken from Casa Numa’Na that are not returned (such as towels, glasses, beer cozies etc.)
If you need additional linens please ask the staff, they are happy to accommodate you. Please do not open the linen storage boxes that are in your bedroom closets. A fee from your security deposit will be charged for any linen storage box opened without staff supervision.
ADDITIONAL STAFF:
We are happy to fulfill your needs and arrange additional staff (fees and staff salaries apply), such as bartenders, babysitters, masseuses etc. Please give us a minimum of 24 hour notice so that we can best arrange for you one of our superior local specialists from our approved list of workers.
FIREWORKS:
Community rules do not allow fireworks to be set off anywhere within Los Naranjos including on the beach.
LAUNDRY:
Please inform the staff if you would like to have your laundry sent out.
SPECIAL EVENTS/BEACH BBQ/BONFIRE:
We love to help our guests celebrate their birthdays, anniversaries, and any special events at Casa Numa’na. If you give the staff a 24-hour notice, we will work with you to coordinate a memorable evening. Casa Numa’na doesn’t charge any fees for the personalized Beach BBQ/Bonfire (costs of food, entertainment, and additional staff, if necessary, are the guest’s responsibility). We only request that you give our staff a generous gratuity for the extra work in setting up and serving dinner on the beach.
